This is my biggest life decision since I moved to Melbourne mid 80s aged 17.

After many years of experience restoring damaged furniture, antiques, and art ranging from the 16th century to modern contemporary pieces,
I am now transitioning from running a shop and workshop to offering professional advice.
I aim to assist insurance companies and other businesses in determining whether damage claims are valid or stem from pre-existing or natural wear and tear.
As a restorer, I’ve often been asked to assess items with clear signs of long-term damage or gradual deterioration over decades of use—cases that are not justifiable for new claims.
Such claims unnecessarily drive up insurance premiums for everyone.
My expertise ensures accurate evaluations, helping to maintain fairness in the claims process.
