Restoring/altering the look of an already reproduction card table.

Charlie & Jack did all the preparation months ago.
Stripped the thick sticky red/brown lacquer, removed the same applied felt and prepared for (Graeme Davidson, Woodshed Antiques) to re felt.

Description

Graeme also replaces leather tops.
After hand sanding clean, the boys applied two undercoats, then cut back and sprayed with white paint.
For some reason, after many applications the paint never took.
So they cut back and hand painted. Blackened the lion paws that Graeme matched with black felt.
So from a very daggy unwanted side table, to now a quite stylish modern side/card table.
