A finely illustrated series of Meigi Japanese textile designs for Kimonos, Fabrics, Screens and Wallpapers. They were produced by the Imperial Museum (now Tokyo National Museum) and shows intriuing compilations of traditional Japanese designs merging with European influence. This was probably a one off publication by the museum, making them a unique example of East – West fusion. Fine quality colour printing – Colour Stencil Prints. C. 1895 65 cm x 53 cm
