This piece incorporates several styles of the 18th Century

The quarter panelled figured walnut top with cross and feather banding, also to the side panels and drawers. With sectioned applied mouldings avobe ash lined drawers with Queen Anne style brass engraved handles, above a decorative frieze. Resting on long shaped cabriole legs with shell carved kales terminating in a ball and claw foot.

Good overall faded colour and patination.

Rectangular moulded top above three edge moulded frieze drawers having original brass swan neck handles. Each drawer over an arched scroll-cut and geometric-pierced apron, raised on ring beaded baluster turned front supports, joined by a pot-board.

A T-shaped arrangement of drawers flanked to either side by a panelled cupboard door with applied upper cut corner beading, on original orgee bracket feet.

The boarded rack having a fret carved top rail above pot belly type sides with a pair of shelves over five spice drawers.

Note: Having a beautiful overall faded patina.

The well patinated two plank moulded top above a shaped arrangement of drawers, retaining the original brasswork. Flanked to either side by a cupboard door with applied orgee arched panels. The whole embraced by quarter cut pilasters raised on block feet.

Having an applied waist moulding resting on spectacular baluster turned legs, terminating on an oval bun foot. Having 240 plus years of fantastic wax patination.

The well patinated two plank moulded top above two fielded panelled doors, flanked by two banks of three graduated drawers, all with mahogany cross banding and bold fruitwood stringing to the drawers and top. Having attractive book matched panelled sides, resting on shaped bracket feet. Good overall colour and patination (later but appropriate brasswork).

An outstanding late 18th Century oak, elm and beech high dresser. The original rack having a shaped moulded cornice above three long graduated warped shelves (bracket supported) and joined to stepped side supports, slotting into the long single plank beech top, above four cockbeaded elm drawers housed in the plain moulded apron, resting on six oak square tapered legs. This dresser is the longest I have stocked and pretty much seen, the overall colour and patination is exceptional.

The rectangular two plank top above applied mouldings and a plain top rail above a centre bank of graduated drawers flanked by square fielded panelled doors, enclosing an attractive oak shelved interior.

Both sides having a medullary rays grain with slight knotted oak panel, resting on square section legs. Good overall colour and patination. Having later but period brass work.

The boarded rack with moulded cornice and lozenge and roundel frieze above three shelves, with panelled sides. The lower section with a T-shaped arrangement of true and faux drawers embraced by arched panelled cupboard doors with floral carved spandrels embraced and spaced by ring turned columns, having ogee shaped aprons, on block supports.

Note: Some time ago the dresser had been lightened to this desireable lighter tone, the period style brasswork is later.
