Geoff introduced me to them back in the 80s when I was his restorer.
While cleaning the mirrors outside today, I noticed the blue sky and clouds in the reflections.
A signed decorative 20th Century French bronze ‘Coquette’ sculptured limited edition bronze folding mirror – Signed Erte.
‘Coquette’ – a mid 17th Century French word meaning a woman who flirts in a mirror.

We just finished restoring this second half 18th century English oak cross-banded mule chest for a customer.
There were also several structural repairs, eg top and back boards.
One drawer front had been replaced well over 100 years ago, however they neglected to cross band, so Eddie worked his magic.
Customers very happy with the results.

Yesterday my son James helped me place this beautiful French chinoiserie display cabinet into one.
We’re still working on the rear of window, as the cabinets so narrow, I’ve placed the Dutch marquetry inlaid display cabinet behind.

With grapevine upholstery and comfortable long down filled cushion.
Surprisingly comfortable.
I can see in a barristers or drs waiting room. Very smart indeed.
